Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Healthcare company, is hiring immediately for full-time Patient Dining Associate (Dietary Aide) at Memorial Hermann Northeast Hospital in Humble, TX. The role involves 12-hour shifts, rotating weekends, and assisting with tray assembly, meal delivery, and patient menu coordination.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write and interpret documents in English.
• Basic computer and mathematical skills.
• Must be able to occasionally lift or move up to 100 pounds, and maneuver and push food delivery carts.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients in understanding menu options and coordinate with nursing to ensure dietary requirements are met.
• Collaborate with caregivers and culinary team to offer menu alternatives for allergies, dietary preferences, and cultural needs.
• Assemble meals according to patient selections; retrieve trays on schedule and maintain accuracy and timeliness.
• Follow regulatory standards, HIPAA, and confidentiality policies; maintain sanitation and HACCP guidelines.
• Support dietitians in monitoring patients on modified diets and calorie counts as needed.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports and communicate issues to the appropriate staff.
