Ennoble Care is seeking a dedicated Hospice Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team serving the Loudoun, VA area. You will support terminally ill patients, administer medications, and provide emotional care to families in a home-based setting.

The role emphasizes dignity, comfort, and compassionate communication. The ideal candidate is a VA-licensed LPN with at least one year in nursing, hospice experience preferred, and access to a reliable vehicle.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed in VA as an LPN by the Virginia State Board of Nursing.
• One or more years of nursing experience; hospice experience preferred.
• Must have access to a working insured vehicle and be a licensed driver.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Compassionate with emotional stability and patient focus.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Registered Nurse in carrying out the plan of care.
• Assist with specialized procedures under physician orders.
• Help prepare, implement, and evaluate the patient plan of care.
• Collaborate with IDG to keep the plan current and address issues.
• Reinforce end-of-life care education for patients and families.
• Participate in team and staff conferences to coordinate care.
