Job summary

The Pines Home Health and Hospice in Arizona is seeking a compassionate Hospice CNA to bring clinical expertise and comfort to patients at home. Under an RN's supervision, you will perform personal care, assist with meals and bathing, and help maintain a safe, dignified environment.

You’ll build strong relationships with patients and families, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and engage in ongoing education and development.

Qualifications

• Current CNA license in Arizona.
• Strong clinical skills and patient-centered care.
• Able to work independently and collaborate with a team.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

As a Hospice CNA , you'll be the heart of patient care, bringing clinical expertise and compassion directly into the home. You will:

• Build meaningful relationships with patients and families
• Under the supervision of an RN, perform personal care needs including bathing, assist with dressing, change bed linens, prepare nutritious meals, assist with feeding patients, take vitals when ordered, etc.
• Educate and empower patients and caregivers with confidence
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team that shares your commitment to excellence

What We're Looking For
