Qualifications

• Licensed to practice as a PT in the operating state.
• CPR certification required.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and be able to travel.

Responsibilities

• Develop and document treatment plans and priorities.
• Educate patients and families and document progress.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team and attend conferences.
• Maintain compliant documentation and meet productivity standards.
