Responsibilities

• Sell products and services utilizing knowledge and expertise.
• Assist in-store customers with questions and payments.
• Assist phone-in customers with questions and payments.
• Provide quotes for materials and services and follow up to complete transactions.
• Contact web/e-commerce customers to place orders and process payments.
• Escort customers to products and maintain positive customer experience.
• Place custom orders for windows, doors, and other materials as directed by management.
• Follow SOPs for discounts and related functions.
• Attend supplier learning courses and sales meetings to increase product knowledge.
