• Must be able to communicate using telephone and e-mail.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and ask open-ended questions to identify needs.
• Direct customers to appropriate products and provide product knowledge and installation guidance.
• Process sales, special orders, and price lookups using point-of-sale systems.
• Maintain clean, organized shelves and store areas; stock incoming products.
• Assist customers with loading purchases and handling store duties as needed.
