Job summary

Addus HomeCare, Inc. in Barling, AR is seeking a scheduling supervisor to organize in-home care workers and clients across the territory. This full-time role includes coordinating shifts, ensuring adherence to care plans, and providing coverage to prevent service interruptions.

The position requires at least one year of scheduling, administrative and health care experience, strong communication skills, reliability, and willingness to travel about 35% of the time. EVV experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year experience in scheduling, administrative and health care required.
• EVV (experience with Electronic Visit Verification Systems preferred).
• 1 year of caregiving/ personal care is desirable.
• Must be willing to travel.

Responsibilities

• Creates work schedules by entering schedules into the system, manages changes to client schedules due to client request, illness, vacation or leaves of absence.
• Provides alternate coverage to ensure the client's care plan is followed and client services are not interrupted.
• Support agency staff in delivering high quality services to each client while ensuring services align with the client's care plan
• Perform in home visits in accordance with state regulation including new admissions and routine supervisory visits
• Assist in reportable event management and comply with internal and external departments
• Willingness to travel within territory; approximately 35%
• Other duties as assigned

Position Summary: Responsible for scheduling and supervising in-home care workers and clients in a geographic area.
