Addus HomeCare is hiring a Scheduling Supervisor to oversee in-home care workers and clients within a geographic territory. You will create and adjust schedules, ensure care plans are followed, and coordinate coverage to keep services uninterrupted.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year experience in scheduling administrative and health care required.
• EVV experience with Electronic Visit Verification Systems preferred.
• 1 year of caregiving/personal care is desirable.
• Must be willing to travel.

Responsibilities

• Creates work schedules and enters schedules into the system.
• Manages changes to client schedules per requests or leaves.
• Provides alternate coverage to ensure care plans are followed.
• Supports staff to deliver high quality services aligned with the care plan.
• Performs in-home visits including admissions and supervisory visits.
• Assists in reportable event management and complies with regulations.
• Willingness to travel within territory; approx. 35 miles.
• Other duties as assigned.

Essential Duties

• Creates work schedules by entering schedules into the system
• manages changes to client schedules due to client request illness vacation or leaves of absence
• Provides alternate coverage to ensure the clients care plan is followed and client services are not interrupted
• Support agency staff in delivering high quality services to each client while ensuring services align with the clients care plan
• Perform in home visits in accordance with state regulation including new admissions and routine supervisory visits
• Assist in reportable event management and comply with internal and external departments
• Willingness to travel within territory; approximately 35
• Other duties as assigned

Position Requirements & Competencies
