Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current New Jersey state license to practice Physical Therapy.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
• Proficient verbal and written communication with strong computer literacy.
• Ability to establish rapport with patients to enhance treatment effectiveness.

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations to assess condition and needs.
• Design, implement, and manage individualized treatment programs with various modalities.
• Utilize evidence-based approaches and track patient progress; adjust plans as needed.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to improve patient outcomes.
• Deliver therapy sessions compassionately to motivate and support adherence to plans.
• Instruct patients and caregivers on exercises and mobility strategies for independence.
