Formación

• Three years of cooking experience in a high-volume establishment.
• Follows HACCP standards and food safety procedures.
• Ability to work flexible schedule including weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare high-quality food items according to recipes to meet production schedules.
• Serve meals or prepare for delivery with correct portioning and temperatures.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and proper storage of food and supplies.
• Assist in ordering and receiving of all food and supplies.
• Report maintenance or safety issues to supervisor.
• Follow safety policies and participate in in-service trainings.
