Job summary

Renaissance Baton Rouge Hotel is seeking a full-time Bell Person to assist guests with luggage from check-in to checkout. You will report to the Front Office Manager and maintain a polished appearance while delivering attentive, courteous service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Hotel or related field experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Escort guests to rooms and assist with luggage.
• Maintain high personal appearance and grooming.
• Maintain a warm and friendly demeanor at all times.
• Be attentive, friendly, helpful and courteous to all guests, managers, and fellow employees.
• Establish and maintain good communications with fellow employees and other departments.
• Answer inquiries about hotel services, facilities and hours of operation; share information on services and nearby attractions.
