Watermark Baton Rouge is seeking a part-time Bell Person to assist guests with luggage, escort them to rooms, and support front-of-house operations. The role requires a high school diploma and a valid driver’s license, with hotel experience preferred.

You will report to the Front Office Manager and work to maintain a welcoming, professional demeanor throughout shifts. The position offers benefits and a chance to be part of a historic Marriott Autograph Collection property in downtown Baton

Formación

• High school diploma and VALID driver’s license required.
• Experience in a hotel or related field is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Escort guests to rooms and assist with luggage to and from guestrooms.
• Transport guests to the Baton Rouge Metropolitan airport and nearby venues.
• Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming.
• Maintain a warm and friendly demeanor at all times.
• Be attentive, friendly, helpful, and courteous to guests, managers, and colleagues.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and other hotel's departments.
• Answer inquiries about services, facilities, and hours; provide information on attractions.
