Job summary

Glacier West Self Storage is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain landscaping and exterior areas across Mukilteo/Everett properties. You will perform routine upkeep, report maintenance needs, and ensure a clean, safe environment for residents and staff.

The role is on-site, full-time, with emergency on-call as needed. Benefits include health coverage, 401(k), and PTO. Valid driver’s license and ability to work in all weather required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Groundskeeping or janitorial experience preferred.
• Ability to use landscaping tools and equipment.
• Ability to work in all weather conditions.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain landscaping and curb appeal, including mowing, edging, trimming, and seasonal cleanup.
• Operate hedgers, trimmers, clippers, blowers, and other equipment.
• Clean and pressure wash exterior areas as needed.
• Inspect property for debris, damage, and safety concerns throughout the day.
• Provide professional customer service at all times.
