Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or related experience.
• Food Safety and Sanitation Training.
• Ability to read and speak English to communicate with coworkers and customers.

Responsibilities

• Prepares various food products for restaurant and banquet operations.
• Prepares sufficient quantities of food as per production plan or forecast.
• Uses whole food products and minimizes waste.
• Maintains cleanliness and sanitation in assigned areas.
• Alerts supervisor to equipment issues, overages or shortages.
• Requisitions inventory and receives supplies for daily production.
• Ensures proper storage, dating and rotation of items.
• Follows safe work practices and maintains attendance.
• Performs other duties as required.
