Job summary

Los Lagos Golf Course in Edinburg, TX is seeking a full-time server to provide prompt, professional, and courteous food and beverage service to guests. You will describe daily specials, take orders, deliver meals, and ensure guest satisfaction in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

Previous experience is welcome but not required; a high school diploma or GED is acceptable. The role requires reliable attendance, basic cash handling, and knowledge of a POS system; training is provided.

Qualifications

• Able to read and speak English; communicate with guests and team members.
• Meets state age requirements for handling alcoholic beverages.
• Knowledge of POS system for order taking and checkout.

Responsibilities

• Serves guests food and beverage items in a prompt, professional and courteous manner.
• Describes specials, answers questions, and suggests menu items.
• Takes orders, delivers food promptly, and follows up for satisfaction.
• Maintains clean workstation and follows cash handling procedures.
• Goes through pre-shift meetings, adheres to service standards.
