Job summary

Los Lagos Golf Course in Edinburg, TX is seeking a Full-Time Food & Beverage Manager to lead daily F&B operations and guest service. You will supervise staff, control inventory and costs, and collaborate with the Executive Chef on menu planning and pricing.

The role emphasizes training, sanitation, vendor relations, and delivering high-quality service to members and guests in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in food and beverage operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages daily F&B functions including guest satisfaction and service.
• Coordinates menu design, pricing, inventory control, and end-of-month inventory.
• Interacts with members and guests on the dining floor during service.
• Hires, trains, and leads staff; addresses issues and enforces standards.
• Ensures sanitation standards and collaborates with the Executive Chef.
• Maintains relationships with suppliers and analyzes performance metrics.
