Troon is hiring a full-time Server at Los Lagos Golf Course in Edinburg, TX. The role involves greeting guests, taking orders, delivering meals and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction in a fast-paced golf resort setting.

Qualified candidates have a high school diploma or GED and knowledge of POS systems, with Food Safety and Alcohol Awareness training preferred. Evening and weekend shifts may apply, with benefits as described by Troon policy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of POS system.
• Food Safety and Sanitation Training and Alcohol Awareness Training.
• Ability to read and speak English may be required to perform the duties of the job.
• Meets state age requirements for handling alcoholic beverages.

Responsibilities

• Provides prompt, professional, and courteous service to guests.
• Takes orders and delivers food and beverages.
• Describes specials and answers menu questions.
• Maintains organized workstation and follows cash handling procedures.
• Follows POS system procedures and service standards.
