Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Full Time Front Desk Security Host in Los Angeles, CA. You will greet visitors, manage access procedures, and provide exceptional customer service at a premier commercial real estate location.

Responsibilities include monitoring visitor activity, issuing temporary credentials, and maintaining incident logs. The role requires strong communication, calm incident response, and adherence to safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Guard card or license preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Must be 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Provide a professional, welcoming presence at the front desk, managing access procedures and assisting tenants, visitors, vendors, and clients.
• Monitor visitor activity, maintain records, and issue temporary access credentials as directed.
• Carry out site-specific security procedures, review access requests, monitor lobby conditions and report concerns.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies calmly, following established procedures and notifying required personnel.
• Maintain clear logs and incident reports, coordinating with building management and Allied Universal leadership.
