Qualifications

• Six months of security-related experience or more.
• Guard card or license preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds preferred.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet preferred.
• Must be 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screen as required.
• Licensing requirements depend on state.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, shoppers, and vendors by following site procedures.
• Monitor access to the property, verify visitor credentials, issue passes, and maintain records.
• Answer calls, give directions, and report service requests.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies per procedures.
• Monitor lobby activity and security systems from the front desk and deter unauthorized access.
