Job summary

Pahl Pharmaceutical Professionals is seeking a Full-time Front Desk Operator/Medical Assistant in Oklahoma City, OK. The role supports patient reception, scheduling, and basic medical assistant tasks, with hours 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Monday–Thursday and 8:00 AM–12:00 PM Fridays.

Ideal candidates will have strong verbal and customer service skills, be comfortable handling payments, and work well in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients at the front desk.

Full Time • Oklahoma City

Looking for immediate hire!

We are looking for a Full-time front desk operator/medical assistant for a growing medical/psychiatric practice in Oklahoma City, OK. Hours of operation are 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM on Fridays (40 hour work week). Must be motivated, hard worker, energetic (have some personality!) and fast working individual who loves to serve patients.
