Pahl Pharmaceutical Professionals is seeking a Full-time Front Desk Operator/Medical Assistant in Oklahoma City, OK. The role supports patient reception, scheduling, and basic medical assistant tasks, with hours 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Monday–Thursday and 8:00 AM–12:00 PM Fridays.

Ideal candidates will have strong verbal and customer service skills, be comfortable handling payments, and work well in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Qualifications

• Great verbal communications and customer service skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work as a team player.
• Appointment and scheduling experience needed.
• Need to be comfortable asking for and accepting payment for services.
• Experience with multiline phones.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients at the front desk.
• Manage appointment scheduling and confirmations.
• Process payments for services rendered.
• Answer calls using multiline phone system and direct inquiries appropriately.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
