• Prior experience in a professional office setting.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and able to operate a multi-line phone/intercom system.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and encourage sign-in.
• Answer phone professionally and direct appropriately.
• Coordinate with Marketing and handle incoming sales calls and walk-ins from prospective tenants.
• Light organization and upkeep of the main lobby area.
• Schedule meetings using Microsoft Office; data entry and parking lot map maintenance.
