Job summary

DecoPac, Inc. in Anoka, MN is seeking a full-time Fork Lift Driver for 1st shift (Mon-Fri, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM). You will move product from receiving to stocking areas and assist with loading/unloading as needed.

Responsibilities include operating forklifts and pallet jacks safely, maintaining inventory, and following safety guidelines. A valid license and forklift experience are required.

Qualifications

• Valid state driver’s license required or strongly preferred.
• 1–2 years forklift operation in a high-traffic environment.
• High attention to detail and safety awareness.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including overtime.
• Experience with palletized product handling and inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely to move product.
• Assist in loading/unloading of palletized products and containers.
• Maintain accurate product inventories and logbooks.
• Follow safety guidelines and report hazards to supervision.
• Support monthly inventory and FIFO stock flow.
• Complete daily forklift checklist and address maintenance needs.
