Job summary

DecoPac, Inc. in Anoka, MN is hiring a Fork Lift Driver for full-time 1st shift (Mon–Fri, 6:30 AM–3:00 PM). You will transfer product items from receiving to stocking production and maintain accurate inventories, using forklifts, pallet jacks, and racking systems.

The role requires 1–2 years of forklift experience, strong safety awareness, and teamwork. A valid state driver’s license is needed, with training provided for DecoPac standards.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years forklift experience in a high-traffic environment.
• Ability to follow safety policies and wear PPE as required.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Capable of learning warehouse inventory systems and performing cycle counts.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and racking systems safely.
• Maintain accurate inventories and assist in loading/unloading palletized goods.
• Communicate issues to the supervisor and follow safety guidelines.
• Assist with monthly cycle counts and ensure FIFO of materials.
• Complete daily forklift checklist and report maintenance needs.
• Participate in DecoPac forklift training and meet performance standards.
