Job summary

DecoPac, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate for first shift (Mon-Fri, 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM) in Washington. Responsibilities include shipping, receiving, and inventory control while maintaining a safe workplace.

You will operate forklifts and related equipment, process orders, stage materials for production, and ensure accuracy with lot tracking and expiration dates. Prior warehouse experience and HACCP knowledge are helpful.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to lift, push/pull up to 40 lbs in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient computer skills including warehouse software.
• Strong time management and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Ship finished goods, palletize, wrap, stage, pick and pack orders.
• Receive and put away shipments following HACCP/food-safety standards.
• Operate forklift, pallet jacks, order picker, and other equipment with current certifications.
• Prepare and stage materials for production.
• Track lot numbers and expiration dates with attention to detail.
• Record inventory levels and report shortages or expirations.
• Perform cycle counts and maintain sanitation per BRC standards.
• Document deliveries and input data into the MRP system.
• Follow safety guidelines and company policies; support continuous improvement.
