Milton Hershey School is seeking married couples to join as Full-time Flex Houseparents on campus in Hershey, PA. The role places couples in student homes to supervise 8–13 students, providing care, guidance, and development opportunities, including daily routines and activities.

Couples must be legally married for at least two years, both spouses aged 27+, and capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. Housing, meals, benefits, relocation assistance, and training are included.

Qualifikationen

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.
• No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home.
• Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty.
• Pet limitations: fish and one dog of approved breeds.
• Valid U.S. driver\'s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans.
• Comfort leading students in daily devotions and Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel services.
