Job summary

Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, seeks Full-time Flex Houseparents: married couples living in on-campus student homes to supervise and support 8-13 students. The role includes mentoring, scheduling, medication administration, and leading daily devotions, with a nine-on/three-off cycle transitioning to a placed home.

Couples must be legally married for at least two years, both 27+, and must have a valid US driver's license. On-campus housing and full benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.
• No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home.
• Valid U.S. driver\'s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship to students.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and monitor student wellness.
• Drive students to activities and plan developmental and recreational activities.
• Lead daily devotions and accompany students to Sunday Chapel.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
