Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, invites dedicated couples to join as Full-time Flex Houseparents, living on campus and caring for a group of 8–13 students in a home-like setting. You will supervise daily routines, mentor students, supervise transportation, lead devotions, and contribute to a structured, supportive environment that helps students thrive academically and personally.

This role requires a valid US driver’s license, a commitment to a smoke-free campus, and both spouses meeting

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-person role for couples married for at least two years.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.
• No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home.
• Smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans.

Responsabilités

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship for students.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and oversee student wellness.
• Drive students to activities and plan development and recreational activities.
• Lead daily devotions and accompany students to Sunday Chapel.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
