Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, is seeking married couples to serve as full-time Flex Houseparents in on-campus student homes. You will provide daily supervision, mentorship, and support for a group of 8–13 students, while managing routines and activities.

The role includes leading devotions, coordinating transportation and budgeting, and transitioning to a placed-houseparent with continued focus on student well-being. Housing and benefits are provided.

Competenze

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years is required.
• Must have valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student vans.

• Providing daily supervision and mentorship.

• Administering medications and ensuring student wellness.
• Driving students to activities and planning developmental and recreational activities.
• Leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel.
