Job summary

Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, seeks married couples for Full-time Flex Houseparents to live on campus and provide care, guidance, supervision and support for a group of 8–13 students.

Responsibilities include supervision, scheduling, medication administration, driving to activities, and leading daily devotions. Initial nine-on/three-off duty cycle transitions to a permanent home with the same students.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-person couple role requires married partners for at least two years.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship to students.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
• Lead daily devotions and accompany students to Sunday Chapel.
