Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA seeks a dedicated couple for a Full-time Flex Houseparent position on campus. You will reside in student homes, supervising a group of 8-13 students and guiding their daily routines, academics, and personal growth.

The role includes leading devotions, coordinating activities, and ensuring student wellness. The position requires a two-person, legally married couple aged 27+, with a high school diploma or GED and willingness to obtain driver certification.

Formación

• Experience working with youth or volunteers in youth settings.
• Commitment to a two-person, married couple role for at least two years.

Responsabilidades

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship to students.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and ensure student wellness.
• Drive students to activities and engage in developmental/recreational activities.
• Lead daily devotions and accompany students to Sunday Chapel.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
