Job summary

Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA is hiring married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents. Couples reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 8-13 students living in the home.

Flex Houseparents supervise daily routines, mentor students, and organize activities, while also leading devotions and chapel services. Couples must be married for at least two years, be 27+ years old, and have a high school diploma or

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-person couple role required and married for at least two years.
• Both spouses aged 27 or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship to students.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and monitor student wellness.
• Drive students to activities and engage in developmental and recreational events.
• Lead daily devotions and accompany students to Sunday Chapel.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
