Responsibilities

• Cook food orders and read tickets accurately.
• Operate stoves, grills, fryers, broilers and other utensils.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of stations.
• Rotate and store food items properly.
• Follow health department regulations.
• Inform Chef of any abnormalities in food quality.
• Assist with opening/closing duties and prep employee meals.
