Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year in a call center, teller role, or related financial institution position with proven sales and service performance.
• Strong communication and computer skills.

Responsabilidades

• Handle member inquiries about accounts, cards, transfers, and banking services.
• Accurately complete routine financial transactions and maintain records.
• Identify member needs and suggest credit union products/services to open accounts.
