Job Summary

We are seeking a Kiosk Technician to work across over 30 kiosks in the Portland, Scarborough, and Falmouth areas. The role is full‑time, approximately 40 hours per week, with compensation of $22–24 per hour based on experience. A company car, cell‑phone reimbursement, and a corporate gas card are provided.

Essential Job Functions

• Restock and perform routine services on kiosks as needed.
• Execute on‑call repairs or adjustments when kiosks malfunction.
• Install new kiosks or replace older models in the territory.
• Monitor machines daily for issues and coordinate with stores for connectivity or power problems.
• Track inventory for kiosk restocking.
• Grow revenue by optimizing machine locations, uptime, product mix, and store relationships.

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or GED.
• Background in electromechanical repair and maintenance (preferred).
• Experience in retail merchandising, field operations, and customer service (preferred).
• 1–3 years of related experience (preferred).
• Proficiency with troubleshooting mechanical problems.
• Fluent in written and spoken English, including technical jargon.

Competencies – Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

• Computer literacy (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Professional representation of Hillman.
• Availability to work weekends when required.

Operational Equipment

• Excellent driving record with valid driver’s license; major violations are disqualifying.
• Reliable transportation with automobile insurance.
• Reliable cell phone for reimbursement.

Work Environment and Physical Demands

Work includes travel and possible exposure to cramped quarters, dust, fumes, or odors. Drivers may travel up to 200 miles daily. Requires hand/eye coordination, functional vision, hearing, and ability to lift up to 30 lbs. and occasionally push/pull up to 100 lbs.
