US Lawns is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Field LPN to provide in-home nursing care in Boca Raton, FL and surrounding areas. The role emphasizes independent work, wound care proficiency, and collaboration with a healthcare team to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.

The ideal candidate holds an active Florida LPN license, at least one year of nursing experience (home health preferred), and CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Current Florida Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing.
• Minimum of one year nursing experience (home health preferred).
• Current CPR certification is required.
• Valid Florida driver's license with reliable transportation and auto insurance.
• Strong clinical, organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
• Wound care proficiency is essential.
