Job summary

Champion Hills Club in Hendersonville, NC, is seeking a Full-Time Facilities Maintenance Associate to keep our golf club amenities in top condition. You will perform general repairs across electrical, mechanical, and structural systems, maintain interior and exterior areas, and support daily operations.

The role requires an Associate's degree or two years of related experience; knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC and pool equipment; and dependable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Perform general repairs and maintenance for electrical, mechanical and building structures.
• Maintain exterior areas: trash removal, sweeping, litter pickup and outdoor furniture.
• Maintain interior areas: trash removal, vacuuming, dusting and furniture arrangement.
• Identify and report needed supplies to supervisor.
• Perform other duties as required.
