Responsibilities

• Perform general repairs and maintenance of buildings and grounds (electrical, mechanical, structural).
• Maintain exterior cleanliness and appearance of the facility and outdoor areas.
• Maintain interior cleanliness and appearance (trash, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, furniture).
• Identify and report needed supplies to supervisor.
• Perform other duties as required.

Champion Hills Club, located in Hendersonville, NC, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a Full-Time Facilities Maintenance Associate! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general repairs and maintenance for all areas within the operation including but not limited to: electrical, mechanical, and structural aspects of the buildings and grounds
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of exterior of the facility including but not limited to: emptying trash cans and ashtrays, sweeping walkways, picking up litter, and arranging outdoor furniture
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of interior areas of the facility including but not limited to: emptying trash cans and ashtrays, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and arranging furniture
• Identify and report needed supplies to supervisor
• Perform other duties as required

Minimum Qualifications:

• Associate's degree or two years of related experience associated with building maintenance

Other Qualifications:

• Knowledge of operating electrical, plumbing, HVAC and pool equipment
• Regular and reliable attendance
