Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid Arizona driver's license.
• Satisfactory criminal background check.
• Must meet physical demands: lift up to 50 lbs and push/pull heavy objects.
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment and follow instructions.
• Must obtain Arizona IVP Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card.

Responsibilities

• Dust mop, sweep, and wet mop hard surface floors.
• Vacuum carpets and rugs.
• Scrub and clean bathroom fixtures; restock supplies.
• Clean walls, doors, windows, and woodwork.
• Clean elevators and stairwells.
• Empty trash receptacles.
• Notify site lead of repairs or replacements needed.
• Dust, clean, and polish furniture and countertops.
• Be flexible and perform other duties as assigned.
