The Arc Southern Chesapeake is hiring full-time Residential Support Professionals to assist individuals in accessing the community, building independence, and enjoying life with guidance and practical support.

Shifts run 2-10 pm, and staff may help with personal care, transportation, appointments, and everyday tasks while promoting self-direction and confidence in the people served.

We value reliability, good driving records, and a positive, collaborative approach within a supportive team.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid Maryland driver's license and vehicle.
• Clear criminal background check (Maryland).
• Clean driving record (≤2 points).
• Ability to transport individuals.

Responsabilidades

• Assist individuals to meet physical and personal management needs.
• Assist with household management and transportation to maximize independence.
• Dispense medication as certified or as necessary.
• Support development of friendships and relations.
