Job summary

Oakmont Management Group is seeking a Medication Technician for full-time PM shifts to provide medication supervision and personal care to residents. You will prepare and distribute medications, coordinate with healthcare professionals, and maintain accurate records.

The ideal candidate has experience in a Residential Care Facility and a strong desire to work with the elderly. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and more, as part of a committed team culture.

Qualifications

• Prefer one (1) year of experience assisting with medication at a Residential Care Facility for the Elderly (RCFE).
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Based on state regulation, completion of training/certification may be required.
• Strong desire to work with the elderly and care for their needs.
• Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute medication to residents.
• Coordinate medication services with pharmacy and physician.
• Order and track medication changes, refills, and deliveries.
• Maintain accurate resident medication and care records.
• Encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions.
