Job summary

Oakmont Management Group seeks a Medication Technician - Med Tech for Oakmont of El Dorado Hills. This full-time PM (2:00p-10:15p) role requires weekend availability and offers a comprehensive benefits package.

The position supports residents with medications and personal care, collaborates with healthcare professionals, and helps maintain safety and high standards of care in a premier senior living community in El Dorado Hills, CA.

Qualifications

• One year RCFE medication experience or equivalent preferred.
• Completion of required training/certification may be required by state regulations.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to read/write English.
• High school diploma or equivalent; LVN is a plus.
• Must be able to operate MS Office programs (Word, Excel, etc.).
• Excellent customer service and communication skills are essential.
• Must pass Criminal Background check and Health Screening, including TB tests.
• Vaccination/testing and PPE may be required per regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute medication to residents.
• Coordinate medication services with resident, pharmacy, and physician.
• Order and track medication changes, refills, and deliveries.
• Maintain accurate resident medication and care records.
• Keep a safe, secure environment following safety standards.
• Foster teamwork with staff across departments.
