Job summary

Oakmont Management Group is seeking a Medication Technician to support residents with medication administration and personal care within a California senior living community. The role requires teamwork with housekeepers and maintenance, and adherence to nursing standards and company values.

The position offers full-time PM shifts (2:00p-10:15p) with at least one weekend day required, located in El Dorado Hills, CA.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to assist with medication administration.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Must be 18 years or older and pass background checks.
• High school diploma or equivalent; LVN considered a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute medication to residents.
• Coordinate medication services with residents, pharmacy, and physician.
• Track all changes, refills, and deliveries with pharmacies.
• Maintain confidential resident medication and care records.
• Ensure a safe environment following safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork across departments.
