Job summary

The Crescent Hotels Group is seeking a PM Banquet Server to join the Food & Beverage Team. Set up banquet rooms, greet guests and serve food and beverages in a professional manner according to Crescent standards.

This is a full-time evening banquet position with starting pay at $20.00 per hour. You must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Candidates should enjoy teamwork and delivering excellent guest service.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate in English.
• Self-starting personality with an even disposition.
• Maintain a professional appearance and manner at all times.
• Ability to work well with guests and be a team player.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparations and service standards.

Responsibilities

• Set up banquet room as instructed to include linen, silverware and glassware.
• Attend roll call meetings before events to learn function specifics.
• Greet guests and respond to requests in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Serve food and beverages in the expected order and maintain consistency.
• Replenish beverages and check guest satisfaction during service.
• Reset banquet room after function and prepare for next event.
• Adhere to attendance requirements and be available regularly.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
