Job summary

The Crescent Hotels Group is seeking a PM Banquet Server to join our Food & Beverage Team in Bethesda, MD. You will set up banquet spaces and serve meals and beverages with a friendly, professional demeanor in line with Crescent standards.

This is a fulltime evening role starting at $20.00 per hour. Nights, weekends and holidays are required. You will work with a professional team to ensure guest satisfaction and a seamless dining experience throughout events.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate in English and provide courteous guest service.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service and etiquette.

Responsibilities

• Set up banquet room with linens, silverware and glassware as directed.
• Greet guests and serve food/beverages according to standards.
• Maintain professional appearance and assist teammates as needed.
• Reset room after events and ensure readiness for next function.
• Adhere to all state, federal and company requirements for serving alcohol.
