Job summary

ProCare Therapy is seeking a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant to support elementary students in a full-time school-based role. You will deliver direct speech-language services under certified clinicians, assist with screenings and documentation, and help prepare therapy materials.

Qualifications

• Current credentials as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant.
• Experience or strong interest in working within an elementary school environment.
• Understanding of individualized education plans (IEPs) and ability to follow therapy protocols.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct speech and language therapy services to elementary-aged students, following plans developed by certified clinicians.
• Assist with screenings, documentation, maintaining student records, and preparing therapy materials.
• Contribute to IEP meetings and support special education teams by sharing observations and progress notes.
• Work closely with supervisors to deliver consistent, effective interventions.
• Participate in school initiatives, parent-teacher conferences, and professional development as needed.
