The Westfield Area YMCA is seeking a Full-Time Assistant Teacher to join our Early Learning team. The role emphasizes strong communication, reliability, and flexibility, with a focus on health, safety, and child development.

You will work with the Head Teacher to implement planned activities and curriculum, while fostering a nurturing environment and promoting youth development. Prior experience with infants is preferred; CDA or higher is required within the first year.
