Job summary

Burton Center For Disabilities & Special Needs is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) for full-time 1st shift (Monday - Friday) to assist adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The DSP will help with daily living, medication administration, meal preparation, documentation, transportation, and safety.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, a SC driver's license, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living tasks and medication administration as per ISP/BSP.

• Transport participants to programs and activities.
• Provide supervision and advocacy to ensure safety and well-being.
• Support recreational and social activities and maintain a clean environment.
