Job summary
Success Rehabilitation is hiring a full-time Driver / Direct Support Professional (DSP) in Quakertown, PA to safely transport adults recovering from brain injuries and neurological conditions, while providing hands-on support to help them build independence and reach goals. Paid training provided; earn $17-$22 per hour with shift differentials.

Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or GED.
- Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record and good communication skills.
- Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude with teamwork mindset.
Responsibilities
- Safely transport clients using company vehicles.
- Drive clients to medical appointments, vocational programs, shopping, recreational outings, and other community activities.
- Assist clients entering and exiting vehicles safely.
- Follow transportation and safety procedures.
- Direct Care & Daily Living Support.
- Assist with personal care, bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene.
- Support meal preparation and daily living activities.
- Encourage independence and community participation.
- Administer medications after completing paid training.
- Follow individualized care plans and behavior supports.
- Complete daily documentation and progress notes.
