Job summary

Success Rehabilitation, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Driver / Direct Support Professional (DSP) to transport adults recovering from traumatic brain injuries and neurological conditions in Quakertown, PA. The role combines safe driving with hands-on supportive care to help clients gain independence and reach personal goals.

Training is provided, and previous caregiving experience is welcomed. You will join a team offering paid training, competitive hourly wages ($17-$22) with shift differentials,

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid Driver's License with a safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport clients using company vehicles.
• Drive clients to medical appointments and activities.
• Assist clients entering and exiting vehicles safely.
• Follow transportation and safety procedures.
• Direct care and daily living support.
• Assist with personal care and hygiene.
• Support meal preparation and daily living activities.
• Document daily notes and progress.

Location: Quakertown, PA

Success Rehabilitation is hiring a full-time Driver / Direct Support Professional (DSP) to support adults recovering from traumatic brain injuries and neurological conditions. In this role, you will safely transport clients to appointments and community activities while also providing hands‑on support that helps individuals build independence and achieve their personal goals. If you have experience as a Caregiver, DSP, CNA, Home Health Aide (HHA), Personal Care Assistant (PCA), Direct Care Worker (DCW), Behavioral Health Technician (BHT), or a similar role, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

• Safely transport clients using company vehicles


• Drive clients to medical appointments, vocational programs, shopping, recreational outings, and other community activities


• Assist clients entering and exiting vehicles safely


• Follow transportation and safety procedures


• Direct Care & Daily Living Support


• Assist with personal care, bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene


• Support meal preparation and daily living activities


• Encourage independence and community participation


• Administer medications after completing paid training


• Follow individualized care plans and behavior supports


• Complete daily documentation and progress notes

Required Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age


• High School Diploma or GED


• Valid Driver's License


• Safe driving record


• Strong communication and teamwork skills


• Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude

Preferred

• Experience as a DSP, Caregiver, CNA, HHA, PCA, DCW, Residential Aide, or Behavioral Health Technician


• Experience supporting adults with disabilities, brain injuries, or special populations
